Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) Explained

March 18, 2026 6 min read

Provincial Nominee Programs let provinces and territories nominate candidates who meet their specific labour market needs — separate from, but often connected to, the federal Express Entry system.

Enhanced vs. base PNP streams

Enhanced streams work through Express Entry (a nomination adds 600 CRS points, virtually guaranteeing an invitation). Base streams lead directly to permanent residence without going through Express Entry, but usually take longer.

Alberta Advantage Immigration Program

As an Edmonton-based firm, this is the stream we know best — covering Express Entry, Rural Renewal, Tourism and Hospitality, and Family Stream nominations.

How we help

We assess your occupation, work experience, and connection to a specific province, then build a nomination application around the stream that genuinely fits your profile.
